Satnav upgrades

Could you possibly send me the instructions for setting up my post code and speed camera options etc.Thank you very much for the second Satnav disc. I am really pleased with it. I felt I must email you to say a big thank you for the 2013 upgrade disc for my BMW 3 series.

I ordered it yesterday afternoon at about 14:00 and it’s on my doormat before midday today.

Popped into the DVD drive in the car – worked instantly. Brilliant.

I assumed this would appear on my eBay account so I could leave you some very positive feedback, but the purchase doesn’t appear there. I must say I was expecting a big bill to replace the disc with an up-to-date version but we pleasantly surprised when you’re ad came top of the google search list and reading through your previous client’s comments, I was confident to purchase from you and I have not been disappointed . I shall certainly be recommending you to anyone who may need a sat nav upgrade.

Thanks for the update.Yours work purchased from a another seller worst £15 i spent my nav froze up & would not accept disc.Put yours in booted up right away Rusty is right avoid cheap updates from other sellers & purchase from him hastle free

I would like to thank you for the Sat Nav upgrade discs for 2006 E53 X5, they arrived promptly as promised and worked a treat - under 5 minutes from start to finish. I now have the 'birds eye' perspective view and the speed camera location, so feel more comfortable driving on unknown roads. As this is the 2013 updated map, i look forward to seeing the nav position me on a 'new built road ' and not in the middle of a field :)

Just a note to say thank you for the info. on the laser repair. Got the laser from a company called "Grandata." The delivery was a bit slow, but fitted the laser today and complete success. The pictorial guide was excellent, the only problem being my eyesight, and rather large fingers, but nevertheless managed, once again thank you very much for your help. You are unfortunately, one of a dying breed .

I lost hope of ever getting this fixed and knew my only option was to go to dealer and pay over £ 1000.
But THANK YOU SO MUCH for your patience !

I missed the info for 3d and cameras, so didn't know how to configure the settings.
I was also using the information for 7 digit Postcode Input_PRO2 and wasn't get the iDrive screen display.

BUT NOW it works perfectly, just as you described, you are an absolute star.
I knew you could help me after you received such brilliant reviews where everyone remarked on your excellent service and SAT Nav knowledge.

I tried many sellers on eBAY and not one of their DVD's worked.
Many thanks again for your patience, your quick and prompt turnaround times in trying to resolve this issue.

Rusty, thanks for your help today – good news – false alarm.

I went to the dealer and basically there is a known fault with the radio of my particular model radio (2006 X5 – also same for 5 series and 1 other model). By sheer coincidence, the problem happened at the same time as me upgrading the software. The radio, for no apparent reason, shuts down and locks – the only way to reset it is to pull 2 fuses out of the back and 1 in the glove box and leave for 30 seconds. The experience was like something out of the Davinci code. Once we did it, all was back to normal. Speed cameras and 7 digit postcoding all working fine as discussed.

By way of feedback, I just want to say it was a real pleasure and refreshing dealing with you. You didn’t dismiss my problem outright and offered assistance + good advice, which I really appreciated. And all of this was despite the fact that there was nothing wrong with your products.

I wish you every success with your business – recently I have met a few people like yourself who share a genuine passion for the service they offer and really care – but sadly, I have to emphasise the word “few”.

Hi Rusty , "MERRY CHRISTMAS" -just to let you know I inserted the BMW dvd disc into my dvd slot in the car and it came to life within 5 seconds !! I have only driven my car 1 .5 miles so haven't seen it all as yet but it seems to be perfect - thanks so much for your prompt attention to my problem , it shows other future purchasers just what a genuine person you are - sadly you are in the minority !! i Rusty received my sat nav dvd the ne4xt day as promised and am very impressed with the dvd. worked first time and was fully loaded with all the extras as you promised including the 7 digit postcode and the speedcameras. After tryiong a number of sat nav dvds off ebay etc yours was the only one that worked and did what it was suppose to do. best price and best quality i will recommend you to all my friends and family. thanks again

Have managed to get all of the features up and running. Certainly a big
improvement to the version that I inherited with the car. I ran with
this system in parallel with a Tom Tom as I covered 1200 miles around
Britain this weekend. Projected journey times are much quicker in the
BMsoftware and are hard to achieve in crowded Southern England. Tom
Tom chooses better routes but they are both pretty poor in that respect
however if you don't know the way they do get you to your destination
eventually.

Disc received many thanks, this has miraculously cured my sat nav problems, previously my system would randomly not start or freeze totally with message "please wait a moment", the moment could then last for hours without enabling me to turn it off or allowing me to see radio program selection.
Other days it would work normally until the system warmed up and then it went into freeze mode.
I was toying with a repair via a company on e-bay but firstly tried new discs which seem to have resolved the issue.

My drivers are always complaining at the lack of postcode input on the 7
series. Tried this companies 2010 HIGH DVD + Speed & Red-Light Cam POIs it
worked like a dream. I'll be kitting out my other cars exactly the same.
